Stage01
Our own grain alcohol
Everything begins with a grain alcohol of exceptional purity, obtained through our own fractional rectification process. Through multiple carefully controlled stages, we achieve a neutral base of extraordinary finesse, free of impurities and perfectly balanced.
Every batch undergoes chromatographic analysis, guaranteeing not only its purity but also a constant and verifiable quality standard.

Stage02
Selection of botanicals
On this base we build the soul of Tiger Hill: an exquisite selection of botanicals, chosen for their character, origin and harmony. Each one is handled with precision to preserve its identity, and together they compose a complex, elegant and deeply expressive aromatic symphony.

Stage03
Maceration and distillation
Maceration and the subsequent distillation are carried out under strict control of times and temperatures, and only the heart of the distillate is kept. This precise cut defines the purity, texture and sophistication of the final product.

Resting in stainless steel
The gin then rests in stainless steel tanks, where its components slowly integrate. This resting period achieves a refined balance, in which every note finds its place with smoothness and coherence.

Bottling and hand wax-sealing
Finally, each bottle is filled to rigorous standards and sealed by hand with our signature wax, a distinctive gesture that reflects authenticity, care and respect for the craft.
